Mix in the first three ingredients. Once they are just combined, preheat the griddle. Once preheated, spray the griddle with oil and add 1/4 cup of pancake batter, out it on the griddle. With a toothpick, swirl in the berry sauce. Flip the pancakes when golden brown.
For the berry sauce, put all the berries together in a pot along with the orange juice, bring to a boil and add the sugar, honey, and the cinnamon.
